The Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute (IPCB) is a public institution of higher education, whose institutional culture is characterized by its richness derived from the diversity and singularity of each of the schools that constitutes it. The development of the IPCB is characterized by the requirement of high levels of quality, internationally recognized. In addition to adopting the standards of the European Association for Quality Assurance for Higher Education and the European University Association, the IPCB has the Quality Management System certified by ISO 9001: 2015. The availability of a wide range of training offerings, at the graduate and postgraduate level, the strong connection to the business, social and cultural world, the close link with the labour market and the internationalization strategy are challenges that guarantee our graduates a comprehensive training through the acquisition of scientific and technical, linguistic, and cultural skills, thus preparing them to respond competitively to the demands of the labour market without frontiers, but also providing them with the conditions to be able to develop their own activity, through incentives to entrepreneurship.
